Have Your Kids Seen the Pumpkins at Dallas Arboretum?
If you haven’t yet scene the epic pumpkin display at the Dallas Arboretum this fall, you will certainly want to schedule a family trip soon. Over 90,000 pumpkins and other gourds have been used to help create Cinderella’s carriage, and other kid-friendly exhibits, an annual favorite and one that has been named one of the top gardens to visit in the fall by House Beautiful magazine. Of course, the Pumpkin Village is just one of the many reasons to enjoy Autumn at the Arboretum, now through November 23, 2016. There are also over 150,000 flowers in bloom in a range of colors, perfect for photo opportunities and simply fun evenings as a family.
How Can You Enjoy the Fun and Foliage This Fall?
There are other ongoing events at the arboretum this fall, as well, such as visits by artists, musicians, and other experts.
General adult admission to the arboretum is just $15, with senior discounts offered, as well as special pricing for kids. Children between the ages of three and 12-years-old enjoy $10 admission, while kids under two-years-old are free. Admission into the Children’s Adventure Garden Admission $3. There is also on-site parking available for $15, or a discounted daytime rate of $8 if paid online.
