Don’t worry, we will not place a metal filling in your child’s tooth. Your little one will hardly remember that he or she ever experienced a cavity. First, remember that we will numb the tooth in question as well as surrounding tissues, so your child’s experience is comfortable. We also offer sedation options if your child requires a little extra relaxation. To repair your child’s tooth, we will use composite – a synthetic acrylic-resin material free of metal and mercury – that we will color-match to your child’s tooth. The result? A tooth that feels good, functions, and that looks like it never had a cavity in the first place.
