Yoga In Nature Workshop
Have you ever looked around a yoga studio and thought to yourself that connecting with your breath might be easier and more enjoyable out in nature? If so, say goodbye to the indoors and welcome the outdoors with the upcoming Yoga In Nature Workshop!
Event Details
This workshop offers an opportunity for kids and parents alike to practice yoga outside. Kids will learn the basics in a class specially tailored for 6 to 12 year olds, while parents can participate and even join a more grown-up class (ages 12 and up) for a relaxing return to centeredness.
When The Event Takes Place
The workshop will take place on the first Sunday of each month from 11am to 12noon. Check out the next installment on August 6th, 2017!
Who Is Invited?
Everyone (ages 6 and older) is invited to join.
