3 Interesting Events Your Family Can Attend Virtually!

Each Friday, we like to focus on events happening in Dallas, TX, and in surrounding communities. With the continued risk posed by COVID-19, we’re going to recommend events that be attended online. In today’s blog, let’s look at three fun events and activities you and your children can attend virtually. We also want to remind parents that we’re following strict health and safety precautions, so you can bring your little one in for treatment and enjoy peace of mind.

  1. Virtual Dojo

If your children are looking for ways to be active from home, consider Dallas Kyokushin Karate Virtual Dojo. There are classes for kids ages 6 to 11, and they take place on Thursdays from 5:00pm until 5:50pm. You can follow this link for more details!

  1. Build a Robot Party

The Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas will be having a free Build a Robot Party for girls in Kindergarten through fifth grade who haven’t joined the scouts yet. You can visit their website for more details, as there are separate parties that can be attended virtually for different cities and communities throughout the DFW area. The event takes place on Saturday, September 5th from 2:30pm until 3:30pm. The organization will be having other virtual events to ensure participants can learn new skills and have fun with other kids their age.

  1. Game Night

Game Night with Molly is a Zoom-based game night that’s fun for people of all ages! There is a steady rotation of classic games and activities, with the next taking place this Friday at 4:30pm. You can also start hosting your own game night with your family, setting aside a specific afternoon or evening, and letting different family members choose!
