Old Time Music Jam
Do you ever wish your kids could have the chance to listen to some old-timey music? As in, the stuff that was around even before bluegrass made its introduction into the world? Hoping for a way to give them a glimpse into the social and cultural heritage of music from eras gone by, as it connected families and community, and provided a means of true, self-created entertainment? If so, the Old Time Music Jam in our Dallas, TX community is something your whole family will love.
What Is This?
It’s a lot like what you might be envisioning! Similar to a bluegrass gathering, this is going to include fiddle playing that stems from bygone sounds, such as those that began in Appalachia! Get ready to dance and enjoy (or, you may even wish to play!). It’s sure to delight every member of your family.

When Is The Jam?
Join in the jam on the first and third Saturdays of the month from 2pm to 4pm. Up next? The jam on June 1st, 2019!

You may attend this event with the cost of admission to Dallas Heritage Village. Admission ranges from $6 to $10 per person.
