Traveling This Holiday? Write A Packing List.

It’s quite a feat to to make plans for holiday travel, to gather up the kids, to get in the car, on a plane, or otherwise, and to head toward a destination! The last thing you want is to show up wherever it is you’re headed only to realize you left behind dental hygiene items that your kids need (or that you need) for your oral health. So, to make life easy, we very strongly encourage you to write a packing list (or two or three). Need some tips? We’ve got them.

Make Separate Lists For The Adults And Kids

First, we encourage you to write separate lists. Make one for the adults. Then, make one for the kids. When you write out one single list that says “pack dental hygiene items,” it is very easy to only pack your things or the stuff that you and your spouse use. Then, since it’s never a good idea to share toothbrushes, you’ll be faced with running out to the store to get items for your kids (or sending them to bed without brushing and flossing).

Remember All Of The Details

As mentioned, don’t just write “dental hygiene items.” Instead, write out each item individually, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, etc. Then, write out what your kiddos require. As a result, you will show up with every last possible thing that everyone needs. You’ll be able to enjoy yourselves, keep your oral health safe, and avoid dealing with inconvenience. Remember, when you’re eating holiday meals, you really want to keep those teeth and gums clean!
