Drive-Thru Community Events!

Halloween is now just a few days away, and many families in the area are unsure what to do. Some cities have canceled trick or treating, some have not. Experts from the Centers for Disease Control and other renowned health organizations even advise against trick or treating. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun this Halloween! In today’s blog, your Dallas, TX, pediatric dentist is listing four drive-thru events so your kids can enjoy spooky scares and fun treats while maintaining a good social distance too!

  1. Drive Boo Haunted House:

Typically, a haunted house isn’t a safe and socially distant way to have fun. Fortunately, Drive Boo offers a no-contact option where you and your family stay in your vehicle! The house is located at the Silver Parking Garage in the American Airlines Center, and is open from now through October 31st. The event takes place Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm until 11pm. You and your family are welcome to wear costumes, and the admission fee is $30 per car. The event is kid-friendly, but there is a special upper level that offers scary fun for older kids and grownups. Learn more here.

  1. Drive-Thru Treats

The Fretz Recreation Center on 6950 Beltline Road in Dallas will be hosting a drive-thru trick-or-treat event on Friday, October 30th from 6pm until 7:30pm. The event is FREE, and offers a safe way for your kids to get their Halloween treats. Everyone stays in their cars at all times, so this is completely no contact. Learn more by following this link.

  1. Trick-or-Treating:

Here is another fun drive-thru trick-or-treating opportunity! You and your family can drive thru the Churchill Recreation Center on 6906 Churchill Way from 6pm until 7:30pm on Friday, October 30th. Everyone remains in their vehicles, and the event is free for families to attend! Learn more here.

  1. Treats at Walmart:
