Enjoy a Roaring Good Time at the Heard Museum in McKinney

Are you looking for a rip, “roaring” way to spend some time as a family in February? If so, why not take a few – or several – steps off the beaten path to enjoy the 11th Annual Dinosaurs Live! exhibit at the Heard Museum in McKinney? What will you catch during this exhibit, open through February 19, 2016? Well, there are a host of animatronic dinosaurs set up along the museum’s nature trail, including a T-Rex that is over 40 feet tall! Plus, this year’s exhibit is also debuting nine new dinosaurs sure to wow even longtime fans of the event!

This is one of the most popular exhibits at the Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary, which also features a variety of educational opportunities, like a native garden, a snake exhibit, a pioneer village, and a butterfly garden.

The Dinosaurs Live! Exhibit also includes a play area perfect for young children, plenty of photo ops, and the path is jogging stroller friendly, as well.

Tickets to the museum start at just $7 for children, depending on the date, and cost only $11 for adults, with senior discounts available.
